They will be able to represent, relate and operate using whole numbers, initially with sets of objects.\u00a0 Students will also be able to describe shapes and space.\u00a0 For Language Arts, kindergarten students will answer questions about details in a text.\u00a0 They will also be able to identify the parts of a book and understand the features of print. Kindergarten students will be able use a combination of drawing, dictating, and writing to compose opinion, informative, and narrate an event. Kindergarten students will continue to build a foundation of social and emotional development and development of motor skills.
